2. What data we collect

• contact details from the enquiry form — your name and phone number;
• data from correspondence — the content of messages sent by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp;
• data required to perform a contract — identification and address details, where we conclude an agreement to source, inspect, import or sell a car;
• technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information and cookie data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contact and responding to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
• Concluding and performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Site statistics and analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent in the cookie banner).
• Establishing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. How long we keep your data

• enquiries that did not result in a contract — up to 12 months from the last contact;
• data related to a concluded contract — for the term of the contract and then until claims become time-barred;
• accounting records — 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by law;
• data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data may be shared only with parties supporting our operations, and only to the extent necessary: hosting and e-mail provider, accounting office, analytics providers (Google Ireland Limited), and technical partners involved in delivering the service — garages, transport companies, customs agents.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Because we use Google tools, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Is providing data voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to contact you and deliver the service. Without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot respond to your enquiry.

This site uses essential cookies (required for the site to work, including remembering your chosen language), analytical cookies (Google Analytics) and, where active, marketing cookies. Cookies other than essential ones are set only after you give consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in your browser settings, where you can also delete stored cookies.

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means and we do not use profiling that produces legal effects.
