1. Consultation
Our work begins with a free consultation. Roman Iohna personally advises on the choice of make and model, taking your budget and preferences into account. The consultation commits you to nothing — its purpose is to help you understand which car you actually need. If we see that what you want is achievable within your budget, we propose signing a turnkey car selection contract and get to work. A deposit of 50% of the service fee is paid up front.
2. Car search
Once the contract is signed, we set up a convenient channel for you — Viber or Telegram. We look for cars that meet your requirements and send them over for approval. For the cars you like, we run a detailed analysis, including checking the history by VIN. We pay particular attention to service history, number of owners, previous sales, accidents and legal restrictions. We also call the seller to establish the car’s condition and filter out the poor options.
3. Car inspection
We travel out and inspect the car, putting together a video report and filming it in as much detail as possible. Inspections are available anywhere in Poland.
4. Garage inspection
If the car passes and you like it, the final stage is a garage inspection. It includes checking the suspension on a lift, looking for leaks and seepage from the engine and gearbox, plus deep engine diagnostics: endoscope inspection of the cylinders and a compression test. The check is fully personalised and our expert makes sure every system is covered. The garage inspection is included in the price.
5. Negotiation
